The Mandel Center for Leadership in the Negev was founded by the Mandel Foundation–Israel in order to improve the quality of life of the residents of Israel's south by developing social and educational leadership that will initiate and lead change, based on values and vision.

The application is designed as a communications tool for the Center. It has two audiences: the general public and the Center's fellows and graduates.

The app presents all users with information about the Mandel Foundation–Israel and its Leadership Center for the Negev. This includes a news section and details about the Center's faculty and staff.

The app enables current fellows and graduates of the Center's programs to access additional information that is not available to the general public. This includes the organizational calendar, contact information for fellows and graduates, information about the course of study, and downloadable documents related to the curricular units.

Fellows and graduates of the Mandel Center for Leadership in the Negev obtain an account by logging in on the main screen with their Mandel Foundation-Israel user ID and password. The general public can access information about the center and its activities without creating an account.
