מהיום ניתן לדבר עם נציג מיטב ישירות ובקלות!
אפליקציית מיטב ב-LIVE מאפשרת לבצע שיחת ווידאו עם נציג ממיטב.
הרישום לשיחה יבוצע דרך טופס מקוון באתר "מתגייסים". לאחר הרישום יקבע לך תור וירטואלי אשר יישלח אליך בהודעת SMS. בעת התור יש להזדהות באפליקציה ולהמתין לנציג שיצטרף לשיחה.
על מנת להבטיח את איכות השיחה הטובה ביותר יש להשתמש באוזניות ולוודא שחיבור האינטרנט יציב.
