التطبيق الاول من نوعه . يقوم بادارة علاقات المالك والمستاجر وتنظيم الدفعات كما يمكن من خلاله عمل طلبات خدمة نظافة او كهرباء او سباكة . كام يمكن للمستخدم العادي تصفح وبحث العروض المتاحة .
ومن ناحية اخري يسمح التطبيق باضافة العقارات وعرضها لمستخدمي التطبيق مع امكانية التواصل مع المالك مباشره .
اما بالنسبة لمقدمي خدمة النظافه او الكهرباء او السباكه فيمكن اضافة فريق الصيانه علي التطبيق لتقديم خدماتهم لمستخدمي التطبيق بطريقه سهله وسريعه.
يدعم التطبيق في المرحلة الاولي الدفع من خلال التحويل البنكي .
