"Oliang Application" was designed in order to mainly used for Office of National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission of Thailand or "NBTC". But some part are opened for Public. But this application was designed based on the idea that "Internal information , Internal First". Mainly type for media in this system are our staff original Article , News, Statistic, Management Instructions. So that we, NBTC staff, can have direct and clear information against the outside information storms on mass , social or chat media.

Main access is to authenticate use by NBTC Active Directory (AD) while the public need Facebook Login instead. This used to classify user's access level and category.
