これまで同様おばちゃんは跳びますが、このゲームでは敵をいかに避けて、当たって死なないように努力するかが大事になってきます。
ライフが存在し、ライフがなくなると終了です。
落ちて死ぬことはありません。敵に当たってライフがなくなって死ぬパターンが多くなります(それ以外は、左に押し出され)。
アイテムも登場します。アイテムはライフを増やしたり、敵を消したりとさまざまな効果があります。
レアアイテムも登場します。
