コールセンターへのご依頼・お問合せをおこなうアプリです。
機器に貼り付けた2次元バーコードを読み取ることで端末上に自動的に情報が表示されるため、お客様が細かな情報を入力する必要はありません。
※事前の機器情報の登録は別途必要となります
また、写真を撮影して添付(最大3枚)することができるため、口頭では伝えにくい状態もコールセンターと共有することができます。
■主な機能
○依頼内容の入力と写真を撮影して依頼する機能
○撮影した写真のみで依頼する機能(以降は電話でのやり取り)
○依頼の履歴を確認する機能

○動作環境：iOS 10.0 以上
○インターネットに接続できる環境が必要です。
