上海长江河口科技馆位于吴淞炮台湾湿地森林公园内，是宝山区政府与华东师范大学区校合作的重点项目之一，由宝山区政府投资建设，华东师范大学总体设计，总投资2亿元，于2011年10月18日正式开馆运营。
