“中兴温控”是针对中央空调风机口的智能管理系统，用户可以通过手机APP远程控制中央空调风机口的开关，风速，模式，温度等设置项。
APP可以给控制中央空调风机口开关的智能硬件设备设置定时器，设置好定时开关后，空调风机口的打开和关闭可以不需要用户再干预。
APP的数据流可以自动切换内外网，当设备和手机处于同一个wifi下时，数据流不需要通过APP的服务器，由手机和设备直接在局域网内通信，方便快捷。
当APP处于移动网络下时，控制设备耗费的流量很少。
