本服務軟體主要設計以「首頁」、「導引」、「訊息」及「聯絡」四大服務功
能，並結合「語音報讀」輔助功能，與現場有聲Beacon 和後端資訊管理平台即時串
接，提供即時性與適地性之最佳服務。
同時，考量視障者操作手機之需求，APP 介面（含文字、圖示、階層、分類）
特別設計以簡易且高對比之色塊明顯呈現，而可點選操作的範圍亦透過清楚的分線
及符號提示，增加APP 使用操作性以及內容易讀性，以達成每位觀眾適用之目的。
