“云南双控”APP是云南省危险化学品企业双重预防机制数字化建设信息化系统移动APP端。云南省危险化学品企业双重预防机制数字化建设信息化系统根据《危险化学品企业双重预防机制数字化建设工作指南（试行）》进行建设，包括电脑管理端和移动APP端。移动APP端主要用于危险化学品重大危险源企业相关人员开展隐患排查任务。
功能介绍：
1. 接收隐患排查任务和预警信息
2. 实时上报现场隐患排查情况
3. 隐患治理全程跟踪
4. “随手拍”两大功能：开启常规隐患排查任务、上报非常规隐患排查所发现隐患
使用场景：
危险化学品重大危险源企业相关人员开展日常隐患排查、治理等现场作业工作。
