亿尔药师（ER Pharmacist）是药师不可或缺的工作伙伴，为患者提供用药咨询、处方审核、送药到家等医疗服务。
用药咨询：药师利用自己的碎片时间，与患者通过语音、文字、图片、文件等形式，进行实时或非实时的药物咨询、药物指导服务，帮助居民安全用药、放心用药。
处方审核：提供处方前置审核机制，只有药师“点头”，处方才能到达患者手中，进入缴费、取药环节；没有通过药师审核的处方，无法缴费，更不可能被患者取走。
送药到家：患者在线申请送药需求，药师提供患者送药到家及指导用药的服务。
