可使用智慧型手機確認來訪者及通話、操作公用門開鎖。
還可將宅配等通知及火災等警報通知到智慧型手機上。
因電信業者及版本等原因，安裝對講應用程式后可能存在不能收到訊息的情況。此種場合，請變更｢通知中心｣的設定及對講應用程式的設定后，即可能夠接收到訊息。
1、從｢設定｣的｢通知中心｣中選擇｢住宅對講｣，｢通知樣式｣中選擇｢橫幅｣或｢提示｣。
將｢應用程式的標記圖像｣、｢提示聲｣、｢顯示於通知中心｣、｢顯示於鎖定畫面｣設定為ON。
2、啟動｢住宅對講｣應用程式、在｢設定｣的｢通知過濾｣中，將｢訪客報知｣、｢警報報知｣、｢通知報知｣設定為ON。
