1. The purpose of this software system is to realize digitalization, data sharing and convenient management of ship repair engineering. The main functions are summarized as follows:
1.1) Establish a communication platform with engineering project as the main body of communication, integrate different roles of shipyard (SRM/ workshop supervisor/operation manager/workshop and senior managers) and shipowner (senior crew/agent maintenance/remote maintenance and owner personnel), and conduct communication on a platform for specific engineering projects.
1.2) Communication methods include photo/video (60 seconds per person)/audio/text/file. Communication can be divided into external communication and internal communication according to a single ship project.Internal communication is divided into the shipyard and the owner's internal, not visible to each other.At present, external communication is mainly used.
1.3) Different roles have different permissions.
1.4) The function of archiving videos and photos of single-ship projects according to the project.
1.5) Release of online daily reports and inspection application plans
1.6) Upload the final report, and the maintenance staff can log in and download it.
