公司目前以計程車運輸業為主要服務標的，使用GPS衛星定位及無線行動通訊，結合軟體系統及多元化的硬體設備，提供計程車運輸業客戶，最完備的衛星派遣系統和絕佳的使用者操作體驗。
2012年起，全球大車隊正式朝向全數位化車隊發展做為首要目標，從網路服務至行動叫車服務，將更緊密的連結每一位乘客需求，傾聽每一位乘客的聲音，對於車隊的品質更加注重與要求。
也鑒於智慧型手機的日漸普遍，因此導入車隊叫車的手機APP，好讓使用者能於手機。
