项目协作APP是一款综合性APP。帮助项目中所有角色打通业务流程和数据流，从而让各个项目相关角色在项目管理过程高效执行和协作. APP按照销售、项目经理、监理、工人等角色划分进行相应的权限分配，不同权限的人员进入APP看到的页面不同。
销售人员通过APP进行客户信息和订单信息的全流程管理，全程记录销售人员从分配客户、接触顾客、需求识别、商品展示、处理反对意见、完成销售到更后面的实施和售后等的每一个环节。完善信息共享；
项目经理、监理通过APP对工地的整个生命周期进行管理，保证项目中的人、货、准确及时的到达场地；
工人通过APP按时接收任务，从而实现项目的高质准时交付。
