新增病害：检测人员可通过APP快速录入构造物的外观检测病害，包含病害名称、病害指标、病害照片，可自动生成病害描述。
编辑病害：可对已提交的病害指标信息进行编辑和保存。
查看病害：可查看已提交的病害内容。
照片水印：录入病害时需上传病害照片，支持在照片上自动打水印功能；可通过设置关闭该功能。
