这款app是用来给冷藏车装货的时候监管人员发送下达装车指令，在仓库的仓管人员检查冷藏车在打冷正常的情况下回复监管人员的指令允许申请装车，然后监管人员根据仓管现场返回的图片以及app上显示的温度来判断是否同意现场装车。同意以后，仓管人员就可以开始装车了。不同意的话又会回到第一步下达装车指令状态。
仓管人员只能操作1.允许申请装车2.开始装车指令。
监管人员只能操作1.下达装车指令2.同意/拒绝装车
