1．平台为各类社会组织、居委会/业委会/村委会、学校、党政机关、福利机构、公共场所管理机构、企业团委工会等非营利机构提供工作平台，含活动管理、成员管理、交流推广、筹集资金、组织协作等功能，可基本满足非营利机构运营管理的需求，帮助非营利组织良性发展。
2．公民可通过平台注册义工，加入非营利组织，参加公益活动、公民互助或发起服务，获取公益时长，在需要帮助时又可通过申请服务、发起求助等方式用公益时长换取他人服务。
3．公民可通过平台与他人交流，发起或参加社交活动，帮自己和家人找朋友。
