遊戲角色人物包括「小漁船」、「獅子山」及「香港飛龍」。玩家以回答《基本法》選擇題的方法，於全港18區的地圖板塊中收集主角「《基本法》小子」碎片為任務，當中角色會有「進化形態」及「Facebook AR」功能。
