透過此獎勵計劃，教師將為學生設定不同任務，而任務主要分為七個學習宗旨，以強調培育國家觀念、中華文化、價值觀教育、主動學習、STEAM教育、媒體和資訊素養、健康的生活方式及身心均衡發展的重要性。當學生完成任務後，老師便利用電子獎勵系統獎勵學生相關的「螢石」。
