気象庁から発報される緊急地震速報を受信し、地震と同時に安否メールを自動配信します。
本アプリではメールを受信したのをpush通知によって受信できます。
ログイン後に自動で端末情報を登録し、メールが送信された際にpush通知を本アプリに送信します。
