家长助理帮助家长控制孩子使用iPad和iPhone游戏的时间。家长可通过两种模式来进行控制：
1. 倒计时模式：可设定运行孩子使用iPad或iPhone游戏的时间，从10分钟到120分钟，倒计时完成后iPad或iPhone上的游戏会被隐藏；
2. 定时解锁模式：可设定孩子可以使用iPad或iPhone玩游戏的时间点，比如将iPhone的解锁时间设定为孩子放学的时间，在上课的时间段内，iPhone只能接打电话和收发短信，放学后才能使用iPhone的其他应用，如游戏和社交等。
3. 对孩子进行实时定位。
