名医推荐：平台将为患者智能推荐所在地区的专业医师，可由患者自主选取为自己提供专业服务的医生。
数据记录：患者可通过智能设备监测或手动录入心衰标记物、凝血标记物、血脂、心电、血压等10多项健康数据，平台将对这些健康数据进行实时全面地统计与分析，并依次出具日报、月报、季度报告和年度报告。
健康助手：除了患者自己，医生、健康顾问、患者亲属及朋友，都可以协同为患者提供全面、专业的健康管理服务。
