手指衛生ラウンドアプリは、病院等における感染対策のために、医療従事者が行う手指衛生（手洗いや消毒）の実施状況の記録をお手伝いするアプリです。
本アプリを使うことで、病院の感染対策チーム（ICT: Infection Control Team）が「直接観察法」により観察した手指衛生の実施状況を簡単に記録することができます。
さらに、記録したデータは CSV 形式で出力できるため、手指衛生の遵守率の評価や、病棟へのフィードバックに役立てることができます。
