通过在线服务平台，医生可以看到患者的历史记录，如患者在智能健康设备上沉淀的血糖、血压、心率的历史走势图；可以看到患者的就诊记录，生理基础数据，过敏、遗传等数据，作为医生的参考数据来源。患者也可以把自己的病历本、影片拍照在线发给医生审阅。
