“掌上12333”分为“首页”、“服务”、“资讯”、“我的”四大服务栏目，支持电子社保卡的集成服务，主要提供养老保险待遇资格认证、求职招聘、社保卡查询、职业资格证书核验、社会保险关系转移等人社线上服务。
上线试运行期间，难免有不足之处，欢迎进入“我的”->"意见反馈“栏目，多"吐槽"、多“找茬”，多提宝贵意见，共同推进“掌上12333”不断优化进步。
