1. 提供无纸化派单、接单、办单功能，取代目前司机需携带纸单到码头或堆场办理提还柜业务的作业模式。
2. 提供码头预申报功能，拖车司机在提还柜前可进行预申报操作，便于码头提高作业效率。
3. 提供实时消息通知功能，码头或堆场的处理结果实时通知司机及拖车调度。
