2、交流共享： 新工艺、新技术、新思路及发现的技术、质量、管理问题、探讨。
3、工作监督：针对项目质量管理人员施工过程的管控。
4、检查：针对质量管理行为规范等要求的不合格项及点位，利用手机APP平台发布，并要求被检查方（项目工地）对提出的问题及时及限时回复整改。
5、报验：项目工地的砼施工报验、样板报验、重大危险源项目、公司标示的重点使用功能的隐蔽验收情况，由项目部进行现场自检后上包公司。报验信息照片存档。
