平台移动端面向市民提供三大频道：我的服务、我的空间、我的声音；
六大服务主题：融合账单、医疗健康、智能出行、生活周边、文体服务、办事指南。
通过移动端可提供位置定位及路线规划、导航服务。市民可以通过手机获取自己的当前位置信息，查询附近的公共自行车站点，公交站点，公共厕所，停车、洗车、加油站点等信息，并提供步行、公交等的路线规划，方便市民获取周边的生活服务，并合理规划出行。
通过移动端的拍照功能，市民应用微观可以随时随地将所发现的城市运行管理等的照片发布到平台，通过平台转发给相关部门处理，市民与政府携手共建美好徐州。
