1.考勤贯穿在员工整个工作日的工作过程中,将线下考勤与系统软件结合起来,通过科技手段预防防止传统单一线下考勤模式所带来的弄虚作假等弊端。将考勤和员工的工资挂钩,员工考勤受管理层监督,通过系统化的手段达到考勤透明化管理,来约束规范员工,进而促进员工的工作积极性。
2.考试机考是为了提高企业员工的能力而进行的智能化考试,企业定期组织员工机考,动态按不同级别、不同岗位要求,对其4+3能力(文化能力、经营能力、管理能力、技术能力及发现问题分析问题解决问题的能力)进行考试。根据考试结果,明确其基本工资应得部分。
3.请休假实现全体员工请休假统一管理。
