朝夕清单-四象限 番茄钟 日历 日程表 事项清单 笔记本
What is it about?
The idea of creating "ZhaoXi List" came to me after working for several years and hitting a plateau in my work and studies. Despite spending over 10 hours a day on work and study, I felt no sense of growth, and often experienced dizziness and headaches. Then, by chance, I discovered the "Pomodoro Technique" and tried it for two days. I found it very interesting and noticed a significant increase in my productivity. What was most important to me was that this method of alternating work and rest did not cause headaches or eye discomfort. At first, my knowledge of it was limited to reading related articles online and knowing only the phrase "work for 25 minutes, rest for 5 minutes." Later, I became more interested in this rhythm and bought books to further explore the technique. The most enjoyable one was "Pomodoro Technique Illustrated" by the renowned translator Fat Sang Chung. The book is not thick, only about 100 pages, but contains many interesting illustrations that introduce this method. As a programmer, I became excited, and as I read about each method in the book, all I could think of was how to implement them in an app. It would certainly be very cool.

Actions speak louder than words. Record your ideas and implement them one step at a time. I remember doing some competitor analysis at the time and looking at many related apps in the App Store. None of them were what I had in mind. So, I could realize my vision and create a beautiful and useful app. The story began from this point.
1. Pomodoro timer: Based on the Pomodoro technique, inspired by the book "Pomodoro Technique Illustrated." A pomodoro session of 25 minutes can be used to memorize English vocabulary, develop small features, meditate with focus music, and much more. Many things can be divided into several Pomodoro sessions- work, rest, work, rest: a periodic and relaxed approach.
2. Task list: A task goes through different stages from planning to implementation to completion. Morning and Evening Checklist categorizes all tasks based on their stages so you can clearly see what's on today's to-do list, what's planned for the future, and what's completed or not.
3. The Eisenhower matrix: Based on the Eisenhower matrix rule: a crucial concept in time management theory that emphasizes focusing energy and time on important but not urgent tasks to prevent problems. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
4. Data analysis: Concise totalizing analysis for the number of pomodoros, planned tasks and completed tasks every day, along with a summary section to help everyone review, revise and learn. Every little improvement can be recorded and seen.
5. Personalization: Currently, it's easy to use photos from your phone to set the background image of the app. If you get tired of the default style, changing the background can be a good mood-lifting option.
