“健康江苏”是江苏省卫生和计划生育委员会为江苏居民提供的一站式医疗健康服务平台的移动应用入口，是江苏省居民健康卡云卡发行的重要载体。
居民健康卡，是居民接受健康医疗服务的认证载体。国家信息惠民工程战略提出，要普及应用居民健康卡，促进信息消费。随着国家推行医疗实名制，以及手机用户的普及，江苏省卫计委与中国银联、工商银行、微医集团等单位试点“互联网+健康医疗+金融”服务，实现健康卡实体卡的虚拟化应用。
“健康江苏”汇聚了江苏省约400家二级以上公立医院，所有医院的详细信息、科室和专家的信息，都可以一览无余。“健康江苏”精心打造了居民健康卡云卡发行、预约挂号、智能导诊、健康档案查询等八大功能板块，随时随地为江苏居民提供优质便捷的医疗健康服务。
