无纸化巡检：支持电梯使用单位的安全管理员在APP端调取电梯巡检电子表单，记录巡检情况，根据巡检情况，可在线发起召修；
无纸化维保：在电梯维保作业人员的APP端提供周期性维保作业的任务提示、超期提醒、作业现场签到、规范的作业表单、作业记录在线填写提交、在线发起维修需求等功能；
现场监察：为电梯安全监察人员提供现场监督检查支持，并将检查结果即时发送至被检查单位进行确认。
