1.浙江居民电价电费计算
居民电价电费计算主要由用电居民自助输入相应条件，自动计算普通电价电费与分在分时电价电费并对计算结果给出对应的简单建议。
在界面中输入本月电量、谷电量、年阶梯第一档剩余电量、年阶梯第二档剩余电量，确认后分别自动计算非分时居民电价当月电费以及分时居民电价(峰谷电价)当月电费。
2.变更用户特抄
变更用户特抄电费，主要针对居民过户业务时，年阶梯电量的前后分割及相应特抄电量计算。
