在各种社交软件的时代，实时联系变得更加通畅。但是随着广告、好友人数的增多，消息泛滥，有时会错过一些紧急的信息。
如工作中，领导需要紧急召开一个短会。通过电话一个个联系比较繁琐，通过现有的社交软件（微信、QQ、短信）等，又会有人不及时看到导致会议无法准时开始。
在此基础上，提出了这样一个移动网络终端应急响应系统的概念。
可以由管理员决定人员的账号，组织，可以召集会议，汇报会议需求等工作。
界面简单干净，一目了然，便于操作。
