主要功能：
1.设置用户所在诊所各成员信息（基本信息、个人简介）
2.设置用户所在诊所对应的【致医云诊室+】小程序内相关信息（诊所公告、排班时间、营业时间、停诊时间）
3.查看当前就诊患者并对其进行叫号、设置为已就诊、叫下一号相关操作
4.查看不同医生的今日的待就诊、已就诊、已过号患者列表，并对列表中各患者进行叫号
5.添加新的待就诊患者（输入患者信息、选择医生）
