行動稽查推播通知
1. 提供前端稽查人員與後端系統伺服器同步稽查資料後，將違規事項通知給前端使用者。
2. 推播通知會採後端伺服器及帳號(裝置ID)1對1方式傳送，資料提取時僅可同步該帳號訊息，並於後端保留一份推播訊息可同步。
3. 提供日期篩選功能。
