设置推送：decide books their excerpts will notify to user if 推送开关 switch is on
推送开关：a switch decide that if the app will notify the excerpt to user
推送间隔：a random frequency(hours) time during the user‘s input , app will send the excerpt to user by their input time
set this two textField to 0.001 is easier for test the notify message （wait 3 seconds）

issue:Use the PHPickerViewController to get the picture from the library， the result method ：itemProvider.loadDataRepresentation cant not get data in the simulator but works well in actual device

描述：
手动由记录用户看过的书，摘录看到过得内容，以笔记的形式存入App。
记录的内容可以设置成随机消息在用户设置的时间点发送给用户。
书本信息包括-书本图片，书名。
书本内容信息包括-内容，页码。
图片通过相册和摄像头上传。
书名，内容，页码为用户手动录入
所有数据接入iCloud实现多设备同步
