1.物业维修的在线申报和及时响应，报修者可实时查看维修状态
2.会议室的实时查询/在线预订/随时调整，以及使用情况的自动统计
3.办公/宿舍水电费的准确统计和自动分摊，并输出报表
4.用餐补贴自动发放到账，无需刷卡领取，消费数据自动生成
5.员工可通过手机扫码消费，可在线查询补贴发放记录、消费记录和当日食堂菜单。
