需工農場: 可登錄缺工資訊，當調度農會媒合農業師傅後可以獲後派工資訊，在農並提供應付工資業師傅工作後可以記錄工時。並提供應付工資資訊。
調度農會: 接收需工農場的需工訊息後可以媒合農業師傅到需工農場，並提供農業師傅的工作、受訓或休假資訊以掌握農業師傅派工情形。
農業師傅: 接收調度農會的媒合訊息後以日曆的方式提供每日媒合派工的工作資訊，並在到班工作時按報到，讓調度農會可以掌握師傅是否到場工作。
配合農會: 可以協助登錄需工農登錄缺工資訊及登錄收款記錄。
