一般來說吃完一餐後,身體需要7-10小時來消耗掉儲存的肝糖。
等於說7-10小時後身體才會大量使用身體內的脂肪,所以一天三餐的話只有睡覺時會有機會燃燒脂肪。
而間接性斷食就是利用長時間不攝取食物,來增加身體燃燒脂肪的時間。
選擇適合自己的間歇斷食法
每個人用餐時間、作息不同,所以要選一個最適合自己的方式
每日斷食法(Leangains)
一天只有一個時段進食(吃幾餐都可以),其他時間禁食(包括睡覺時間)。
8/16斷食法
一天八小時進食、16小時禁食(比如說早上11點到晚上6點吃東西)。
6/18斷食法、4/20斷食法
一天六小時,或四小時進食。(比如說中午12點到下午4點)。
