阳光天地 (个人)App 在使用过程中会持续使用GPS定位服务，切换至后台时，部分情况下仍会继续，例如：
1、用户下了订单后，当志愿者接单并且出发后，系统会向阳光天地 (个人)App推送消息，此时，系统为了一定程度上保障残疾人以及志愿者的权益以及安全，会持续使用GPS定位。
