檢，系統會排成進行週期性追蹤訪視，當個案需要其他資源介入時，個管師可
協助轉介專業醫療資源或進一步的檢查，民眾也可上傳身高體重腰圍等數據，
依據個案健康狀況，進行健康趨勢分析同時與民眾進行健康管理的互動，達到
健康減重與健康管理之目的。
