래미안 아파트 입주자를 위한 아이폰용 어플리케이션입니다.
홈네트워크 시스템이 아파트에서 가스밸브, 난방, 조명 등을 제어할 수 있고, 공지사항이나 부재중 방문자 정보 확인 및 관리비 조회가 가능합니다. REMS를 사용하여 연간/월간 에너지 사용량을 확인할 수 있고, 원격에서 외출 설정이 가능합니다.

1) 조회 : 관리비조회, CCTV, 방문자 영상, 주차위치, 공지사항
2) 제어 : 가스, 조명, 난방, 에어컨, 감성조명
3) REMS : 전기/가스/수도/난방/온수
연간사용량, 월간 사용량, Co2 배출량, 에너지 설정
4) 외출 : 외출 모드 설정

This is a iphone application for RAEMIAN residents.
You can control gas valve and light and boiler and so on.
You can check some information (notice, visitors during your absence, maintenance cost, CCTV, parking location)
You can set go out situation for you home.
