2003년 9월 18일 전국금속노동조합 경기지부 케피코지회로 전환하였습니다.
현대케피코지회는 생산 현장에 비정규직이 없다는 민주노조의 자부심과 함께
케피코 울타리 안에 있는 모든 구성원들에게 더 크고 더 든든한 노동조합이 되기 위해
끊임없이 노력하고 있습니다.
그 뿐만 아니라 시민사회 단체와 지역 주민들은 물론,
장기투쟁 중인 사업장과 함께 연대하여 그 목적에 맞게
활동의 폭과 깊이를 더해가고 있으며,
울타리 밖 소외받는 사람들을
위로하고 돌보며 함께하는 민주노조가 되도록 노력하겠습니다.
