100 days of Walking (100DOW) is a Global Health & Fitness Challenge App aimed at motivating people and inculcating Walking as a Daily Lifestyle Habit.
The challenge includes walking 100 days straight for a minimum of 1.5 km at a stretch and completing a total of 200 km at the end of 100 days. Participants will record their daily Walk data using the 100DOW (100 Days of Walking) Mobile App.
There are multiple events (100 DOW Challenge Start Dates) on the website for the participants to choose from. Every event starts from the 1st Sunday of the Month.
To use the app user has to register on our official website (https://100daysofwalking.com/100dow/register) thereafter he is able to use a mobile app. Basically this app is for registered users with our portal.
No fees are involved in user account creation.
