The 102 app is a utility that allows groups of users to record subjects of interest to them and upload detail to who every they wish via the normal range of media options available.
The users download the app, register and select the group they wish to be a member of and at anytime they can remove themselves from that group.
The group organiser will decide what categories of information they want to be reported and these appear on the app. If, for example the group wished to monitor power outages the organiser will provide the correct telephone number relevant to the local area and this will be displayed for the user to call.
While the app may function similarly to the way WhatsApp is used, it is not social media, so has no provision for users to leave arbitrary, or opinionated comments.
