本屆運動會將於11月27日至11月30日正式登場，將進行包含田徑、羽球、桌球、輪椅網球、游泳射擊、肢障射箭、地板滾球、特奧滾球、籃球、肢障健力、特奧羽球、特奧輪鞋競速、保齡球、特奧保齡球等共計15個項目的精彩競技。
我們以「陽光台東、超越顛峰」做為本屆全國身心障礙國民運動會的精神標語深信每位選手在本縣充滿陽光、友善、安全的山海風情中，一定會奮力表現，超越自我極限。
