10Pro Portti

An employee arriving at a work site can check in using the 10Pro Portti app. The access control system can be conveniently used with an NFC tag or QR code. By accepting the use of location in the app, the check-in can also be done simply by using the IN/OUT buttons in the app.

The 10Pro Portti app can be used to register new workers on the site. Registration is quick and easy, the app uses the electronic ID card, ValttiCard, to identify the person. The service retrieves the employee's details from the ValttiCard and transfers them directly to the company's own register. If the person's details are stored in the 10Pro system, the phone number can also be used to identify the person.

The 10Pro access control system identifies a worker entering the site for the first time and is thus able to guide him/her through the required induction. 10Pro enables contractors to provide fully electronic induction, which speeds up the time it takes for the worker to start work and reduces the amount of time spent by the supervisor.

Daily personnel on site can be monitored in real time with the 10Pro access control system.

10Pro also enables reports to be submitted to the tax authorities in accordance with the obligation to provide information on construction sites. The service collects the personal data registered by the construction site and then automatically sends the site's monthly employee data directly to the Tax Administration.
