10props

10props is an online fellowship for digital art creators (the Proprietors) and lovers (the Proppers) that combines a digital art online auction and microstock marketplace.

Our ecosystem positions itself as a wordless social network. We strive to create a space free from cyberbullying, judgments, comments, opinions, and manipulations. Instead, we suggest focusing on empathy, the wordless language of digital art.

The core population of 10props are the Proppers. In our ecosystem you can’t express a textualized opinion regarding an artwork – instead you prop it, therefore helping that artwork to be seen by more people, raising its chances for a sale, finding a Propmate who shares your tastes in digital art, as well as enrolling in a regular Sweepstake sharing in the proceeds of every successful sale of the artworks you prop.

Props are our alternative to likes and upvotes, with one significant difference – they are not infinite, and every Propper gets only 10 props every day. We recommend to the Proppers to spend their props wisely, because every prop given to an eventually sold item gives you a chance to receive a prize distributed from our Sweepstake prize fund.

Proprietors can sell their digital artworks either on 10props microstock, where they can set their own price and get a bigger share compared to other microstocks, or they can upload their unique artwork to the "For Your Props" section where props from the Proppers will determine its chance to qualify for the 10props auction. Each unique artwork sold on the auction is protected by steganography, an invisible watermark that protects the image and makes it identifiable.
